		<description>I have made this recipe twice. I must say the second time I got more creative. I think you are right though, it is a meal that is meant to be stretched. You can make it a bit differently everytime, and it still is good, if you keep to the basics. The second time I cooked it, I added okra, because I like it. I have to watch the hot sauce though, my husband thinks the amount is just right, but it is a little hot for my taste. This northerner doesn&#039;t go for the &quot;Hot&quot;. I think you can always add more hot sauce if you like. Anyway, thanks for the recipe, it has been thoroughly enjoyed.</description>
