		<description>My uncle used to make &quot;cowan&quot; (Turtle soup) on a regular basis.  I remember he cut the head off a &quot;gynormous&quot; turtle that walked around the back yard with me on it&#039;s back, after the head was off!

I was 5, skinny as a rail, and (obviously), light as a butterfly!
