I am making it for the second time this month. I am confused as to when you intended the Worcestershire to be added. I added it with the tomato sauce and think that is a good way to do it. Also, the cajun seasoning recipe is the best I have tried. I make it without the salt as I do most spice and rub mixes. At any rate, this is a real keeper and will be made in my house often.
