		<description>Absolutely delicious. Wasn't quite sure about number of servings; I used two 16oz cans of red kidney beans (not quite enough time to soak dry beans) and the kept the other ingredient amounts as is, except cutting chicken broth to 5c; it was a hearty meal for two.</description>
