		<description>mmmm! My fiance makes me Grillades and Grits all the time as a treat for me... although she has a much, much simpler recipe that has been passed down through her family. (They happen to be descended from the Acadians.) However, the style is the same, just with reduced ingredients so it takes a fraction of the time to make.</description>
