Grillades and Grits

I’ve posted on Grillades & Grits a few times in the past, it’s one of my favorite comfort meals, usually for Sunday dinner, although it’s great for breakfast as well. I didn’t follow a recipe for this meal, but I used the same basic procedures as this recipe, although I used chicken stock in place of the beef stock.

  1. mmmm! My fiance makes me Grillades and Grits all the time as a treat for me… although she has a much, much simpler recipe that has been passed down through her family. (They happen to be descended from the Acadians.) However, the style is the same, just with reduced ingredients so it takes a fraction of the time to make.

  2. Howdeeeeee … I’ve just found this site for the first time … looks great ! Are you a professional chef or ??? Do you have any suggestions for crawfish ? What’s your very best recipe?

    Thanks
